The Associate Director of College Counseling is a key member of both the College Counseling team and the Upper School faculty, operating under the guidance of the Co-Directors of College Counseling. First and foremost, the Associate Director is a dedicated college counselor who advises a specific cohort of students in each class. They build strong, personal relationships with their students and families by using an individualized approach that reinforces our core philosophy: the goal of finding the right college "fit" is unique for every student.
