Kamehameha Schools is partnering with Educators Collaborative to assist in the search for the next Po'o Kula (Head of School) of our Kap?lama Campus.

 The Po'o Kula (Head of School) will serve as the educational and operational head of our flagship Kapalama campus on O'ahu. Reporting to the CEO as part of KS’s executive leadership team, the Po'o Kula sets campus vision and strategy; elevates rigorous, oiwi-anchored teaching and learning; grows a high-performing, inclusive culture grounded in kuleana, m?lama, and our Hawaiian and Christian values; and ensures student safety and operational excellence across facilities, security, transportation, athletics/human performance, and accreditation. A visible, trusted presence with haumana, 'ohana, alumni, and partners, the Po'o Kula strengthens admissions collaborations and statewide impact while stewarding enterprise priorities—financial sustainability, data-informed improvement, and system-wide decision-making.
